Shrinking school clothing help?

Well I have school tomorrow morning and I haven't had a chance to wash clothes, I have uniform and only one wearable shirt at the moment and it's really stressed so it looks Like 2 sizes bigger than I actually am. It's a royal blue 50% cotton 50% polyester collar shirt with a small logo. I just wanna shrink it a little, I dont have a washer or dryer, thanks :)
