Am I a healthy person?

Okay well you definitely are healthy so don't worry! You exercise a lot and it sounds like you're very in shape. I think if you want to lose a little weight, just follow a simple healthy eating plan. Have breakfast- have oatmeal or cereal, for lunch have a sandwich on whole wheat, and have healthy dinners. I know you said that brown bag lunches aren't common in your family but talk to your parents and tell them what you're trying to do, I'm sure they'll support you. Also when you're hungry, have fruit or veggies for a snack. And keep up the exercise. Good luck (:
