Where should I go for new clothes?

So I'm fourteen years old (girl of course) and I need to buy some new clothes. Basically all I have now is two pairs of capri jeans, 2 pairs of long jeans, and 2 t-shirts (one red and one green) that I consider wearable. I also have a nike dark purple sweatshirt and a thin purple jacket, and a pair of brown flats that are way to worn out, and a pair of brown flip flops. At most I have 50-100 dollars. I want some new shirts and maybe cardigans, some shoes, and some scarves and necklaces and capris/jeans. Where can I get this stuff where it'll be cheap but looks good???? Thanks!
