Does anyone know of Ambulance services in need of uniforms?

I'm trying to find ambulance services throughout the world that are in need of uniforms for their staff. There are a lot of EMS services out there with poor funding in third world countries, but I'm having a hard time locating any information regarding contacting them. The service I currently work for is going to be issuing new uniforms to all of it's staff, making our current ones obsolete and not wearable by field staff. This could result in hundreds if not thousands of uniforms ending up in the garbage. I'd like to try and out these to better use if possible. Any help would be great!
