Revenge against friend?

Alright so I am a 15 year-old boy in high school and my friend and I have been pretty close. He lives about 8 blocks away from my house but he has been getting out of hand lately. I've been pretty ticked of about him for the last month and today he's done it. First he takes my shoes away but then he pisses in them. What the f***? This is outside his house and I can't get into it so I walk home and then he takes his bike to follow me and he throws my shoes in the street and goes back home. I don't know if he got them or if they're wearable but I walked home. I can't do anything to his house... He is my locker partner but we never go to our lockers literally, never. I sometimes spend the night at his house and I think it should be when I do, maybe this weekend? We do get drunk so I was thinking along this line of shaving some of his hair or something. Don't tell me it will get me in trouble, I don't care. Any suggestions of revenge pranks?
