Do i have an ear lobe blowout?

About two months ago i stretched to a half an inch, and i've been noticing that my lobe has gotten wider in a way. It didn't hurt, and i'm not seeing scar tissue like in all the pictures online. There wasn't any skin peeling, redness, soreness, or bleeding, yet i have this little skin-color flap on the back of my ear. The only thing it really effects is that i need a larger wearable area on the plugs i buy. Is this a blowout? Can i heal it up after so long? Will i be able to stretch without it growing?
